You'll be instrumental in this journey, offering hospitality, advice, and making sales. We'll craft your pitch together, highlighting your sales skills through practice and innovation. You'll become an expert in our products, understanding each detail to confidently share our story. Every visitor is unique, requiring tailored communication, a challenge we'll meet as a team. Beyond sales, you'll tackle support and professional tasks, with freedom to try new approaches - mistakes here are just learning moments. Your role includes supporting Jurren, being proactive in suggesting improvements across sales, presentation, and professionalism. Join us in the heart of Amsterdam to learn by doing, enhancing our story and your skills.
Naar wie zijn wij op zoek?
We're looking for someone who excels in social skills, is proactive and independent in their work approach, and enjoys challenges and hard work. A candidate who feels connected to our story and the Like Charlie brand, is flexible with working hours including weekends, and lives in or near Amsterdam (or is willing to travel). The candidate should be good at both Dutch and English, and available for part-time or full-time work, between 20 and 40 hours per week. Someone who values fun in the workplace. Additionally, other skills like writing, photography, and other qualities can be a bonus. There's room to leverage your strengths, together we'll see where they can be applied.
