Vertigo Studios Amsterdam IT Support in a large VR game Studio
As a student you will be supporting the IT department of a large VR game studio. Within our IT department you will need to work within our ticketing system to see what issues need to be tackled. You will support the building of PC hardware for our employees, configuring PC's and laptops and the setup of VR devices. Next to that you will help people on the workfloor with any of there IT issues they might have, be it hardware or software related.
Naar wie zijn wij op zoek?
As a student you need to: * Have experience building a PC from components * Have solid knowledge on the basic Microsoft packages and their usage (Windows, Office) * Have experience supporting people with IT issues * Be familiar with working with a ticketing system to track issues * Be available for at least 4 days in a week at our office in Amsterdam / Rotterdam (in consultation)
