Museo del Campo Majorero S.L Are you interested in primates? animal care? Come to the Canaries to learn about wild animals husbandry and care!
Students will participate and learn from all the different aspects of animal care of wild animals, with a special focus on primates from rescue. They will participate in the routines from the animal care team and the supervisor, learning about animal welfare, enrichment, feeding, diets, education, etc. Either if you´re interested in a future career in a zoological institution or in a wildlife sanctuary, we will learn how to work in this kind of settings!
Naar wie zijn wij op zoek?
Students with interest in animal care that can talk english or Spanish. Experience with animals is a plus! Regard as we consider that a animal care management role needs to know the work of a zookeeper, this position will have physical work (cleaning, feeding, etc.) and all aspects about welfare in zoos.
