Prodalim Holland BV Fruit beverage Industry Looking for an All-round Laborant Intern
Open positions as of 09-2025 There are 3 main positions: Quality Control of Raw materials: • Evaluation of raw material samples (mainly juices, strength, pulp and concentrates) according to internal lab work instructions. o Standard analyses are Brix, acidity, ratio, colour, vitamin C, HMF, nitrates, defects and organoleptic evaluation. • Raw material sample management: reception, preparation and dispatch (to customer or external labs). • Creation and interpretation of lab analysis reports. Quality Control of Productions (finished products): • Cross checking quality & quantity of raw materials received from external warehouse against Production Order. • Performance of quality analyses on raw materials intended for production, intermediate and finished product Microbiology laboratory: microbiological methods (TPC, yeast & moulds, ACB…). • General maintenance and tasks in the micro lab. • Management of samples for micro analysis. • Execution of micro analyse
Naar wie zijn wij op zoek?
• Basic knowledge of laboratory principles and procedures. • Basic knowledge of food science & technology. • Passion for food and beverage industry, specifically in product development. • Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications. • Effective organization and attention to detail. • Willingness to maintain a regular and predictable work schedule. • Effective oral and written communication (English). • Ability to communicate with co-workers & management. • High level of English
