The Food and Beverage Server is the face of the restaurant and has considerable influence on its patrons' experience. We at Generator maintain a professional and friendly demeanor and offer timely assistance to our in-house and local guests in order to ensure that their needs are met. Basic daily tasks will be to Greet customers and answer their questions about menu items and specials. Take food or drink orders from customers. Relay customers' orders to other kitchen staff. This role will also be responsible for the coordination of the event and its food and beverage arrangement including; service, arranging the event, and executing the events. At the front-desk you welcome our guests in a friendly and positive manner. help them checking in and provide touristic information and information about the hotel. You deliver a remarkable service and give the guest the best guest experience!
