Stichting Pharmaccess International IT support internship for an international NGO based in Amsterdam

At PharmAccess Foundation, you will join a dedicated team working to improve healthcare access across Africa. As a member of our IT department, you will play a key role in supporting this mission by ensuring our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently. Our IT team consists of three full-time staff members based in the Amsterdam office, along with several local IT professionals in our African offices. Together, we provide essential IT support to our colleagues, helping them stay connected and productive. Your responsibilities will include preparing hardware for new employees and assisting with general IT support. The department also oversees critical services such as printing, networking, telephony, and building access control systems. Upon joining, you will receive a comprehensive introduction to the various tasks and tools we use. As you gain experience and confidence, you’ll be entrusted with more responsibilities and will be encouraged to work independently—always

Naar wie zijn wij op zoek?

We are seeking a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills. As you will be working within an international organization, a solid command of the English language is essential. You should have a sound understanding of the Windows operating system and be proficient in using Microsoft Office 365.
