Duties : Set up the bar and dining area, which includes: Cleaning and organizing the bar counter, glassware, and utensils. Stocking liquor and mixers, preparing garnishes, and ensuring that all supplies are ready for service. Preparing the restaurant area by setting tables, refilling condiments, and arranging menu specials. Customer Interaction: Welcome guests as they arrive for happy hour. Engage with customers, take drink orders, and serve appetizers from the bar menu. Mixing Drinks: Prepare cocktails and serve beer and wine, applying your knowledge of drink recipes. Monitor the bar for busy moments and assist with rapid service.

Ideal candidates should possess a strong willingness to develop new skills, be open to feedback, and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving. Prior experience is appreciated, but a positive attitude and a commitment to growth are what's most important.
