Hotel Twenty Seven Amsterdam Intern F&B (Bar) Employee (English version) - Internship fee up to € 600!
Are you a student who is enthusiastic, active, driven, and motivated? Does the bar life make your heart race, and do you want to learn more about it? Then we are on the lookout for you! As an intern you will be trained and supervised to work according to our unique service and bartender concept. You are the first point of contact in the bar and ensure that all guests are served a delicious cocktail or lovely bite. You know how to 'read' guests and how to make personal recommendations, so they might try and experience something completely new. Furthermore you make sure, together with your colleagues, that the bar looks neat and inviting at all times.
Naar wie zijn wij op zoek?
• Ensuring a warm welcome to our guests; • Preparing the bar for service; • Taking orders and passing them on to the bartenders/kitchen; • Serving drinks and bar bites; • Giving advice to guests regarding the menu; • Ensuring that our guests have everything they need; • Ensuring that the bar is always tidy; • Assisting with mise en place and replenishing stock where necessary. You recognize yourself in this: • You are an eager F&B or Hospitality student; • In this internship you are available at least four days a week from November 2023 on; • You have affinity with the hospitality industry; • You are independent, but can also work well in team; • You are social, flexible and work accurately;
