As a student, you'll join a dynamic team that offers IT support to the organization's employees. Your role will involve: Helping users on-site in Amsterdam: You'll assist employees with their IT questions and problems directly at their location. This means you'll be the go-to person for troubleshooting computer, software, and other tech equipment issues. Providing support during meetings: You'll ensure that all ICT-related aspects of meetings run smoothly. This could involve setting up projectors, managing video conferencing tools, or resolving any technical issues that arise during the meeting. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT support, improve your problem-solving skills, and work in a professional environment. • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., computer science, information technology, etc.). • Basic understanding of IT concepts and troubleshooting techniques. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
