Yugen Forest From Garden to Table – Learn to Cook in a Regenerative Kitchen
As a culinary intern at Yugen Forest, you’ll cook with what the land offers: freshly harvested vegetables, herbs, flowers and fruits from our gardens and food forests. You’ll help prepare meals for retreats, community gatherings, weddings and trainings, and co-create menus that align with the seasons. You’ll learn how to cook in a nature-based setting, handle peak moments calmly, and work in a small, welcoming kitchen surrounded by greenery. Tasks include preparation, clean-up and basic stock management. A unique opportunity to grow your cooking skills in a meaningful and inspiring environment.

We’re looking for a motivated and creative culinary student who loves working with fresh, seasonal ingredients. You enjoy cooking for groups, have a sense of timing, and can stay calm during busy moments. You’re open to learning, can work independently, and enjoy being part of a team. You care about food quality, hygiene and sustainability.
