The student will work in the restaurant and behind the bar. Of course, we first need to know what the student can and wants and then look further into how we can make steps forward. We strive to offer more than just serving food and drinks and debrasing that too. For example, how can the cash register or reservation system be optimized. We think it is important that the student also thinks about this. The owner, Dinesh Lalwani, is not only a great host, but also a very good seller and can teach the student everything about up-selling and cross-selling. But just to be clear, the basis is the training and guidance to become a very good waiter and then the other things.

Naar wie zijn wij op zoek?

We expect at least a basic knowledge of serving from a level 3 student. But if it still needs to be brushed up here and there, we will of course do that. What is perhaps the most important aspect is customer friendliness and guest orientation. An `open` communication with the guest, making the guest feel welcome. Our slogan is not for nothing, "We serve happiness".
