The Office IT intern will assist the IT team in/with and will fully participate in the daily activities of the team. You will assist with the operation and support of office computers, network and audio-visual systems in citizenM offices and, where required, citizenM hotels; and you will keep on learning along the way; all while having fun doing this! The team’s primary activity is to support the users in the support office and to help fixing issues related to computers, printers, network or telephone. The primary contacts of the Office IT Support are all citizenM employees located in citizenM Support Office. Get ready to: • Learn how to pick the best supplier contracts • Solve computer puzzles at citizenM • Keep an eye on tech stuff and fix things when needed • Organize and build a cool inventory of IT stuff • Set up a self-help portal • Share cool tech tools and helpful info • Become a computer whiz - printing, software, emails, and more • Play with audio-visual gadgets

Wat biedt het bedrijf?
This position will be based in Voorschoten, the Netherlands. Working hours: Monday - Thursday (8:30 - 17:00) if required, hours may vary. Please note, that to be eligible for an internship at citizenM, you must be enrolled in a study program as a student during this period. The internship is for at least 5 or 6 months and suits the purposes of a learning experience.
