Hotel Twenty Seven Amsterdam Intern Housekeeping Supervisor - Internship allowance up to €600!
Would you like to join our team as a housekeeping supervisor and make sure to we provide excellent costumer service? We are immediately looking for a trainee as housekeeping supervisor. The main tasks will be managing a group of approximately 12 housekeeping employees, cleaning all different areas of the hotel and checken cleand suites. As a trainee housekeeping supervisor you will be supervised by the head of housekeeping. oppertunities will open up for you, both operationally and administratively. In addition to managing colleagues, you will assist with registering linen, checking stock, placing orders, creating procedures, processing hours and other administrative tasks. You will also monitor compliance with the regulations regarding safety, health and safety, HACCP and work and presentation methods (in the corporate identity of Hotel TwentySeven).

• Coordinate/assign the work of the employees; • Monitor the progress and quality of execution of the work; • Assessing the condition of consumables and reporting in a timely manner to the (Assistant) Head of Housekeeping; • Ensure the availability of sufficient tools and consumables by monitoring the stock; • Coordinate work with other departments; • Receiving and handling questions and complaints from guests; • Carrying out work to help your Housekeeping colleagues; • Assist (Assistant) Head of Housekeeping with administrative tasks; • Monitor compliance with the regulations. You recognize yourself in this: • You are following a suitable MBO or HBO study; • Work experience in Housekeeping is an advantage; • You have good communication skills and leadership capabilities; • In addition, as a person you have an eye for detail and you are driven, energetic, flexible and punctual;
