W Amsterdam Beverage and Food Trainee

- Report directly to the B&F Supervisors. - Responsible for the daily operations at our W Lounge, In Room dining and Banqueting venues. You are part of a bigger team, and the entire team is responsible for making the guests dreams come true. - Being in the know: You are the expert when it comes to B&F, and you know all the ins and outs on our menus, hotel facilities and possibilities. In the W lounge, making suggestions for cocktails guests didn’t even know they loved, and suggesting food pairing. In In Room Dining, amplify the guests stay by blowing them away with our IRD offering which you know everything about. - Welcoming and helping guests in all of our venues. Ensure you are following service standards and operating procedures from the beginning to the end of each order and interaction. - Showing guests our Whatever/Whenever service while they are with us, and connect with them to be able to personalize that service, creating memorable experiences. etc.

Naar wie zijn wij op zoek?

• Minimum length of internship 20 weeks • You must be a student of a hospitality related educational program • The hotel does not offer accommodation
